Agnieszka Gołębiewska

Agnieszka Gołębiewska is a Page Executive Principal based in Poland and the Baltics who takes great pride in sourcing board-level and senior management profiles for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and life science companies.

With degrees in sociology and human resource management, Agnieszka’s education hinted at a long, successful career in executive search. In recruitment since early 2015, she began working on manufacturing and supply chain placements before broadening her industry knowledge to specialist profiles in pharmaceuticals, biotech and FMCG. 

Agnieszka joined Page Executive at the start of 2024 which coincided with her membership on the Shadow Board that aims to enhance diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. In a similar vein, her natural curiosity led her to specialise in environmental, social and corporate governance issues and is now a leading light on the subject in Poland. Therefore, beyond her network, market knowledge, and eye for top profiles, Agnieszka brings a serious level of ethical expertise to the table.

Agnieszka has a unique level of passion for her work which is immediately evident in her approach to assignments. It’s not uncommon for her to visit production facilities to fully understand the organisation and the people within it. She invests in individuals to the same level and her priority is ensuring a win-win situation for both candidates and companies. Out of the office, Agnieszka has eight years of martial arts experience under her belt, including capoeira and jiu-jitsu. An innate healthy living fanatic, she shares her passion with her daughter and tries to spend as much time in nature as possible.
