The Sr. Sales Manager/Director - Ford will be tasked with driving global account strategy and regional execution with Ford and Tier 1 suppliers. This person will be the "CEO" of the Ford account driving strategy, growth, account management, etc. while driving global synergy and global support to the other regions with the Ford account. The Sales Director will manage a team of 3-4 Sales Managers and a Forecasting Analyst.
