As the Director of Investor Relations this person will be responsible for developing and executing the global investor relations strategy and program in collaboration with the CFO. The Senior Director PMO (Project Management Office) will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a diverse portfolio of related projects across various departments while creating a team that delivers a repeatable, scalable project platform aligned with our business objectives. The Sr. Director PMO must have a background in infrastructure, construction, EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) or related.

The Director of Communications will be leading the North American communications strategies and execution. This Communications Director will be responsible for driving and shaping the organization's global communications strategy and execution on a regional level, while adhering to the broader groups global goals and strategy. This person will work across the business units in the region, and also work with global groups as well.

The Commercial Sales Director will have commercial P&L responsibility for the product segment with a focus on driving growth from current accounts, and hunting new customers driving new growth. The Sales Director will own the P&L of the product group and set the marketing strategy, pricing strategy, and overall growth strategy of the segment.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key leader on the executive leadership team, and be responsible for the leadership, direction, and management of the financial health of the overall organization. The CFO will report to the CEO/President and lead a total group of 65 to 75, including a direct team of 10-12 reports including the Head of HR, Head IT, General Counsel and Finance and Accounting Leadership.
