The VP of Financial Reporting is primarily responsible for the financial reporting of banking and leasing subsidiaries. You will lead daily reporting, monthly closing, quarterly head office reporting and annual report production.

Additionally, you will be involved for system automation, workflow enhancements and other ad-hoc projects.

The AVP Corporate Credit Risk Officer will analyze and evaluate credit risk for general C&I loans, focusing on both investment grade and leveraged credit. Responsibilities include conducting credit risk assessments, developing financial models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support high-impact credit risk transactions.

The VP/Director Project Finance Credit Risk Officer will analyze and evaluate credit risk for project finance transactions across sectors such as infrastructure finance, renewables, and oil/gas. Responsibilities include conducting credit risk assessments, developing financial models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support high-impact projects.

The Counsel will support the office of the General Counsel and be a key member of the Legal Department, providing legal advice on commercial finance transactions and general corporate matters.

The Senior Counsel will report directly to the General Counsel and will provide legal advice and services to management and business departments concerning commercial banking transactions, vendor contracts, litigation matters, legal and regulatory requirements, and corporate governance issues.

The Director, Legal Counsel - Municipal Securities will provide legal advice to internal stakeholders pertaining to the municipal securities business, including serving as a SME on municipal securities regulatory matters.

The Senior Counsel will join the Global Markets legal team of a growing investment bank and will be responsible for providing primary legal support to the fixed income sales and trading desks.
