Job Description

Sales Duties:

· Develop and coordinate sales strategy for strategic customers in North America

· Maintain intimate contact with strategic customers at the highest level

· Negotiate sales contracts and long-term agreements with customers

· Market research and product roadmap development

· Oversee new product development

· Coordinate and share international customer developments with counterparts of other divisions in Asia, Europe, and South America

· Oversee trade show exhibit participation

· Manage distribution channels and appropriate contacts

· Monitor environmental regulations for possible negative effects on raw materials and production processesProduction Duties:

· Hiring, mentoring, motivating, and maintaining an effective team

· Oversight of production scheduling with focus on Customer demands

· Evaluate purchasing contracts and supplier agreements

· Manage continuous improvement of production

· Manage production and scrap reporting metrics

· Manage inventory control and optimization

· Manage improvement of manufacturing process and machines

The Successful Applicant

Technical Requirements:

· 5+ years demonstrated employment history in progressively more responsible management positions, preferably in B2B sales with technical product experience

· Outside sales experience with customer facing responsibilities strongly preferred

· Managerial supervisory experience to include personnel relationships and customer service management preferred

· Knowledge and experience with contract law are preferred

· Ongoing sales experience in repeat raw material or component sales preferred

· Process automation exposure preferred

· Medical device manufacturing experience is helpful but not mandatory

· Experience with customer quality systems (ISO, TS, etc.). ISO13485 experience is a plusGeneral Requirements

· Min. BS university degree in engineering or science focus. Business degree considered with demonstrated technical or process-related experience

· Overnight travel required as needed: 25% to 35% monthly travel is typical, mainly domestic

· Residence required within commuting distance of Boscawen, NH
