Job Description



  • Define and drive the overall vision, mission, and long-term strategy of the company to establish a leading position in Thailand's EV landscape.


  • Spearhead the go-to-market and expansion strategies, ensuring commercial success through effective product positioning, strategic partnerships, and sales channel development.


  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring organizational efficiency, supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement across all departments.


  • Monitor and respond to trends, regulations, and customer needs in the EV ecosystem to capitalize on new market opportunities.


  • Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.


  • Represent the company with key stakeholders including regulators, investors, strategic partners, and industry associations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Senior Management or equivalent executive leadership role, ideally within mobility, automotive, or technology-driven sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a successful track record in scaling business operations and driving profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong network and credibility with key government, regulatory, and industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and crisis management skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
