Reporting to the CEO this person will be responsible for managing the daily and long-term operations including supply chain, planning, continuous improvement, and other operational functions at Pro at the company´s warehouses. Also to ensure supply chain and logistics operations function properly collaborating with other departments to create effective business plans.
The Plant General Managers will be leading a flagship manufacturing facility. The Plant General Manager will be responsible for running the entire plant operations owning the P&L and driving cultural change and transformation. This is one of the largest plants in North America for the organization and a highly visible role to the organization and the executive leadership team.
As a member of the Executive Team and Board, the Director of Blood Supply, has overall responsibility for the delivery and management of an integrated, end-to-end blood supply chain, from collections through to hospital delivery. The position leads c3,000 people across England, in both multiple fixed sites, on mobile teams and different manufacturing and testing sites, collecting and manufacturing over 6,000 units of blood a day 7 days a week.
