  • Optimize onboarding and embed values-driven leadership standards across all levels

  • Drive better use of HR systems to improve data, workflows, and process efficiency
  • Lead core programs-benefits, compensation, compliance, workforce relations-and develop a high-performing HR team
  • Build leadership capability and succession across the business
  • Establish KPIs, support field operations, implement random drug testing, and design a comprehensive compensation structure, including pay range frameworks and billable vs. non-billable rate models

The Successful Applicant

- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, ideally in field services, industrial, construction, or heavy manufacturing environments

- Experience supporting multi-location operations in both union and non-union contexts

- Proven track record leading cultural transformation, driving accountability, and elevating teams

- Confident, resilient and not afraid to roll up sleeves-this role is as operational as it is strategic

- Strong systems and HR technology acumen-someone who can make systems work for people

- Previous experience with blue-collar, field-based workforces and the realities of high-volume contractor oversight

- Known for being mature, approachable, yet direct and respected as a partner to the C-suite
