Job Description

  • The Independent Director/Non-Executive Director for this deal will play a key role in guiding the strategic direction of the renewable energy partnership, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international sustainability standards.
  • This position will provide expert advice on market entry strategies in Vietnam, oversee regulatory navigation, and support relationship-building with government agencies and local stakeholders.
