Job Description

  • Report to CEO and lead a small HR and admin team
  • Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance employee experience
  • Lead full spectrum of people and culture initiatives, including talent acquisition, succession planning, onboarding, internal communication, and employee engagement activities
  • Act as HR business partner to provide personnel related strategic support to department heads
  • Advice on best practices, labour laws, and legislation changes to ensure market competitiveness and compliance, and communicate these effectively to all stakeholders
  • Responsible for overall planning, organisation and administration of manpower, compensation, benefits, performance and data management programmes to drive business efficiency
  • Monitor the budget and control operational costs whilst providing recommendations to senior management

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 15 years of HR management experience gained from a range of industries with stable career track record
  • Experience in driving organisational change and growth with a solid and sound understanding of HR principles, practices and employment laws
  • Strong HR advisory skills and worked directly with c-suite and senior management
  • Operate in a highly ethical and professional manner
  • Capable of working with a diverse group of employees with the ability to drive a collaborative working culture
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
