Job Description

  • Supply Chain Management: Lead supply chain activities to reach purchasing costs, quality, and on-time delivery targets;
  • Industrialization: Drive industrialization activities with a focus on partnership with the development team to reduce throughput time and ease the introduction of modifications;
  • Business Development: Build relationships with key industry players, vendors, and customers to develop new business opportunities;
  • Operational Leadership;
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals to achieve organizational objectives;
  • Quality Control;
  • Team Management;
  • Budget Management;
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.

  • Legal Compliance;
  • Production Management;
  • Process Improvement: Direct activities to design new and modified processes for manufacturing and testing products, and develop tools and policies for purchasing and logistics.
  • Data Management: Ensure quality and integrity of data used in the ERP system that drives order fulfillment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent English;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software;
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting;
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred);
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
