Job Description

As a director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Implementing change management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Providing consultancy services to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for business growth.
  • Overseeing the performance and development of the Consultancy, Strategy & Change department.
  • Nurturing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with teams across different departments.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Developing solutions with the team to ensure the impactful end to the clients.
  • Upskill yourself with the following skills: project management, business development, account management and other topics which are relevant to one's growths.
  • Understanding the business, and compiling and presenting all information, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Consulting and managing the day-to-day direction of a client project and to ensure that the project is on track.
  • Using insights to problem solve clients' challenges.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Director should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications from reputable university.
  • At least 8+ years of working experience, ideally with strong experience in the consulting firms.
  • If you have experience as CEO office / corporate strategy in multi-national firms, you are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of consultancy, strategy, and change.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
  • Commitment to continual learning and development.
  • Strong stakeholders management and ability to present in front of clients.
  • Strong analytical skills.
