This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy, drive scalable growth and influence the future direction of the business. Your remit will encompass ownership of the financial strategy and operations, contributing to both day-to-day management and long-term vision. You will also play a pivotal role in enabling ongoing expansion through acquisitions and operational excellence.Responsibilities for this key role to include:Lead and develop a high-performing finance teamEnsure high standards of reporting, controls and complianceFormulate and implement local financial policies within the Group frameworkDrive working capital and cash management strategiesContribute to business strategy and transformation initiativesOversee tax compliance, treasury, and procurement functionsEngage with external auditors, tax, and insurance advisersParticipate in M&A activities and company-wide projectsThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have +20 year's Finance experience in multinational companies, strategic and results-oriented leader with 10+years in senior finance roles preferably min. 3 years in CFO/FD experience in past. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
