To expand the business and plan for the future, they're now seeking for a strong HR professional who can bring in new and innovative ideas to enhance current HR workflow practice as well as act as a business partner to all C-suite department heads in the organisation.Job DescriptionHR Strategy and Planning: part of and work closely with senior leadership (including all C-suite level) to align HR initiatives with business objectives and future direction of the HR and admin department. Track and report HR metrics to drive decision-making processes and continuous improvement.Performance Management: Design and implement performance evaluation systems. Coach managers and employees to maximize productivity and professional growth.Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures.Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Support leadership development initiatives when required. Identify and measure high potential talent in the organisation.Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies. Analyze market trends to ensure competitive offerings to current employees and future talent.Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract suitable talent to plan ahead for the future direction of the organisation.Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.Employee Relations Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on workplace concerns.
