Our client is a US listed company, active in transportation. For their European operation, based in the Netherlands, the chief HR officer assigned Page Executive to identify and introduce suitable candidates for the position of European Finance Director, reporting to the managing director of Europe, to support the growth of the company in the region.


Solution

Using our local and international network of experienced finance candidates, we identified a pool of potential candidates. A filtered shortlist of four candidates was presented, all of whom ticked the job specification boxes. The client selected one candidate with the best cultural fit from a very credible shortlist. After the client made their choice, we worked towards a mutually beneficial agreement between the preferred candidate and the client.
