Udit Bhojani is a Principal at Page Executive, specialising in senior, C-level and board hires within the Indian industrial market.

A Mumbai native, Udit honed his early research skills in a business research team, collaborating with clients in the pharmaceutical and infrastructure industries, before focusing his efforts on an MBA in Marketing and Finance. With the ink barely dry on his diploma, Udit turned his attention to finance recruitment in 2018 and has followed an upward trajectory ever since. 

Having risen through consultancy and managerial roles, Udit brought his considerable reputation and relationships to Page Executive in early 2023. Now recruiting senior positions for industrial businesses in the Indian market, he is driven by the increased impact he’s able to make on his clients and candidates. While he values the autonomy given to him at Page Executive, Udit is energised by the passion and expertise of his colleagues and is always eager to learn from them and share his own insights. 

Udit has his sights set on becoming the go-to reference in CXO recruitment for industrial organisations in India. He knows that this involves “being a recruitment partner, rather than a CV sender”, and he dedicates himself to identifying not just raw talent, but candidates who fit his clients’ culture and ambition. Even when he’s not immersed in his executive search assignments, Udit always has one eye on the industry as a whole, identifying key players, updates and movements as well as developments in salary ranges. But away from the office, you can usually find Udit exploring the great outdoors, enjoying sports or traversing the globe in search of new adventures.
