Tiago Henriques holds a Degree in Psychology and a Master's in Organizational Psychology. After completing his studies, he began his career at a prominent Human Resources company, specialising in the recruitment of Hospitality and Leisure professionals.

Tiago's career in recruitment started within an Executive Search company, where for several years he developed recruitment projects for HR and Finance industries.

Tiago then joined a multinational Asset Management organization as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where he lead recruitment processes across Africa, the Middle East, and South America.

In 2014, Tiago joined Michael Page for business development in Finance, Human Resources, Consultancy, and Shared Services Centres disciplines. By the end of his tenure, he was coordinating a team of 11 fee earners, achieving impressive individual and team track records.

Since late 2023, Tiago has been working for Page Executive brand, focusing on talent recruitment for Financial Services, Information Technology, Private Equity, and Consultancy.
