Susan Mao is a Page Executive Principal who works strategically to find senior profiles for energy (change to Automotive), industrial and tech firms in China.

Prior to her recruitment career, Susan held consultancy roles in the tech and manufacturing industries. This experience laid the foundations for the market insight she exercises today in executive search. Consequently, her transition to recruitment in 2016 (Change to 2012) came naturally, and she quickly began managing a client portfolio of MNC industrial, semiconductor and graphic processing unit manufacturers across Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and the wider Asia Pacific region.

With an impressive understanding of her sector, Susan made the jump to Page Executive in April 2023 to work exclusively with senior-level roles. Her talent lies in her ability to infuse her strategic insights and the latest market trends into every assignment, guiding her clients towards achieving their organisational goals.
