After completing her studies in economics at the University of Cologne, Sara Dybowski entered the field of executive search in 2016. She chose to align herself with an exclusive Executive Search Boutique specializing in strategically placing top-tier professionals in leadership roles within the industrial sector. In collaboration with the managing director, Sara seamlessly contributed to the successful fulfillment of a diverse array of mandates.

In 2021, Sara took a significant step in her career by joining the prestigious Page Group. Currently serving as an integral member of the German research team, she has strategically refined her expertise within the Practice Groups of Industry, Health Care & Life Science, as well as Corporate Functions.
