Renee is a Page Executive Associate Partner who specialises in Interim solutions for technology executive appointments and subject matter experts at c-suite and leadership level on a full time or fractional basis. 

After University, Renee spent 8 years traveling the world living in Australia, Japan, Norway and Ireland before deciding to settle down. Renee has built a career specialising in Interim roles, starting in a global firm where she quickly excelled before moving across to Michael Page in London where she successfully established an Interim practice within Sales. Renee then moved across to a SME where she spent a year on the board in a leadership role, whilst managing teams and working closely with Microsoft. For the past 6 years she has focused on Interim leadership opportunities within technology. Her energy and determination have underpinned a career of rapid promotions up to partner level based on her ability to deliver. 

Renee has recently returned from maternity leave embarking on an opportunity to establish the Interim market within our Executive Technology practice, but her influence spreads far beyond that. As well as mentoring aspiring females within the company, Renee hosts events supporting Women in Technology and is also passionate about supporting all protected characteristics across technology. 

Her interim executive process reflects these values and intensity. Passionate about doing the right thing and working with compassion and empathy to provide win-win solutions, companies praise Renee’s tendency to provide honest advice, even if it isn’t to her advantage. She feels like an extension of the organisation she collaborates with, so decision-makers know all they have to do is reach out and explain the assignment to get quality results. 

When she’s not writing up shortlists of executives, Renee loves spending time with her two little ones, who make her laugh and keep her on her toes. She stays fit with rocket yoga, pilates and netball but rarely says no to gourmet food or indulging in a trip abroad.
