Nikunj Maheshwari is a Page Executive Associate Partner and an advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) in the workplace. Focused on strategic recruitment for senior, executive and board-level talent in India's consumer and technology sectors, Nikunj is dedicated to finding leaders that go above and beyond his brief.

Nikunj’s professional journey saw him work at Google, based both in India and Australia, where he managed the highest-spending SMB clients as an account strategist. This experience helped him develop his innate talent for relationship building, which he used to transition into recruitment in 2019. Nikunj played a key role in creating a consumer tech practice in India before advancing onto executive search consultancy when he became a Page Executive Principal in early 2023.

Equipped with a solid recruitment background and a special interest in DE&I and Women on Board initiatives, Nikunj is an ideal fit for Page Executive. Rather than a simple headhunting service, he uses his autonomy to conduct strategic analyses of his clients’ organisational goals before turning to his extensive network for solutions. The result is a well-researched shortlist of candidates who are suited to the cultural fit as well as to his clients’ performance objectives.

Nikunj is an Economics graduate from the University of Delhi. He also completed a post-graduate in Liberal Sciences through the prestigious Young India Fellowship, issued jointly by Ashoka University and University Of Pennsylvania. When he's not headhunting executive talent, Nikunj is a published Hindi poet, avid reader, and film enthusiast. But he also gets his cultural fix first-hand too and makes a point of travelling to at least two countries each year.
