Merve Oklap

Merve Oklap, a seasoned talent acquisition professional and a Gestalt coach based in Zurich, is dedicated to helping her clients and their international top talent navigate through their journeys.

Bringing a strong background to the table, her career is harnessed with an inhouse experience in big multinational organisations as a member of the global HR leadership team, along with her strong recruitment experience as a headhunter in the industrial and consumer sectors. Having led global projects which targeted hiring very senior leaders and emerging talents, as well as implementing talent strategies, she has a very deep understanding of the organisations’ needs. As a sparring partner for her clients, she is resourceful, hands-on and creative in finding new ways to approach the market.

Merve presents an international career, and she moved her family to three different countries. Having successfully launched Page Executive in Istanbul and having worked in Milan before rejoining the team in Switzerland, she is currently leading consumer goods and HR practices for the Swiss market. Her learning curve continues with a skills-based hiring approach, an analysis of AI’s influence in recruiting and the transformation of assessment centers for internal and external talent. She values long-term relationships, networking, and spirituality, and enjoys discussing healthy lifestyles, world cuisines, and diverse cultures.

As a mother of two boys, Merve cherishes her family and friends, embodying a holistic approach towards her personal and professional life.
