Luca Danelon is an Associate Partner  at Page Executive, specialising in senior and executive placements across the Italian technology and consumer practices.

Developing his recruitment skills since 2013, Luca has picked up valuable international lessons from time spent working in Barcelona, and explored both consultancy and management roles. Alongside an impressive track record of successful hires, this breadth of experience sets him apart as a recruiter in the technology field.

Never afraid of a challenge, Luca was drawn to executive search to be in a milieu of demanding assignments and direct contact with senior profiles. At Page Executive since 2021, he has proved himself to be more than capable, having placed C-level positions like CIO, CTO and CISO for system integrator companies and software vendors.

Luca finds fulfilment in knowing he has found the ideal candidate for each role, and his success is based on serious relationship building and a deep understanding of his brief. With his client’s needs as a focal point, Luca brings his expert knowledge of the technology and consumer sectors, an innate determination and full transparency.

In his spare time, Luca enjoys cycling in the hills of Lombardy and is a keen crossfit fan back down at city level. He has a true passion for luxury watches that only takes second place to spending quality time with his daughter.
