Lauren Van Manen is a dedicated Page Executive Associate Partner, specialising in senior-level recruitment for companies across the financial services industry.

Lauren began her recruitment career in 2014 and has been committed to the financial practice throughout. She initially dipped her toes into temporary and contract positions before broadening her horizons, tackling long-term roles within risk management, regulatory finance, trade support, accounting and finance. From 2017 onwards, Lauren's focus shifted towards Credit Risk Management and the broader cycle, resulting in specialist placements in areas such as Structuring and Execution, Originations, Credit Risk and Credit Review.

With a diverse professional network and outstanding sector knowledge under her belt, Lauren joined Page Executive in 2022, sharpening her focus on senior and C-level assignments. Collaborating with both national and international companies, she has found her passion in executive financial recruitment and sees herself developing in the space for the rest of her career. This seems like a highly likely prospect; Lauren’s motivation springs from developing long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients, learning about the world of credit and helping folks in their next career move or hire.

In her Brooklyn home, which she shares with Henry, her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Lauren nurtures an eclectic array of interests. She enjoys dancing, yoga, cooking and baking, but always finds time to pursue art projects and tend to her reef tank.
