She commenced her recruitment journey in early 2016, shortly after earning her degree in Economics and Business Administration. She gained valuable experience working with clients in financial services, honing her skills on strategic hires that enhanced the design and sale of products for leading Italian banking groups. Subsequently, Ilaria diversified her skills, devoting herself to placements in the manufacturing sector before rising to the role of Executive Associate Manager.

With a well-rounded skill set encompassing two pivotal sectors, Ilaria joined Page Executive in early 2023, specialising in industrial C-level profiles. Beyond her aspiration to work with top-tier leaders daily, Ilaria was drawn to our unwavering commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
