Dea Meitry Dilista is a Principal at Page Executive, with a focus on senior-level legal recruitment across Southeast Asia. 

With a strong understanding of FMCG business from her four years at a multinational, Dea also brings a unique perspective as a UK-licensed psychologist. These two life experiences feed into her current approach to executive search and are a key part of her continued success.

Dea has built up years of international experience, studying and working in countries including Singapore, London, Indonesia and Hong Kong. She joined Page Executive in 2020 and has since been recognised for her contributions to our legal practice, including being the top annual revenue earner in Indonesia and across APAC in 2022. Such achievements usually come from a relentless work ethic or a particular talent for relationship building. In Dea’s case, it’s both.
