Daniel Roberts is a Page Executive Partner who specialises in sourcing CFOs, Financial Directors, NEDs and interim executives across the C-suite for businesses across South West England and South Wales. Combining a dedication to cross-sector collaboration with personal pride in every recruitment mandate, he exemplifies leadership at Page Executive. 

After graduating from Nottingham Business School with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, Daniel immediately began recruiting for SMEs, startups and blue chips in what would become his primary stomping ground — South West England and South Wales. After relocating from Bristol to Cardiff, he began to specialise in mid-to-senior-level Finance and Accounting roles for his clients while leading multi-disciplined teams internally. 

In a recruiting career starting in 2005, Daniel has always been guided by a philosophy of building long-lasting relationships based on trust. Even when workloads are high and the pressure is on, he maintains the highest standards in search, selection and aftercare to ensure professionalism and transparency throughout the whole executive search process. 

This philosophy is immediately evident to Daniel’s clients. He takes a meticulous approach to understanding his client’s structure and organisational goals before drawing on his vast experience, network and market knowledge to provide high-performing and diverse shortlists. In life outside recruitment, Daniel is first and foremost a family man who you can usually find taking his children (and himself) to the beach, pool, playing field, tennis court or golf course.
