Christophe Rosset

Christophe has about 25 years of recruitment and line management experience. He built a solid business exposure on the industry side, placing professionals across a wide range of industries and areas of expertise.

As Managing Partner of Page Executive North Europe, Christophe leads since 2014 our international network of consultants who identify senior executives in a broad range of sectors.

Christophe manages personally major assignments thanks to his operational experience at executive level, namely C-level, general management and procurement & supply chain functions.

Christophe joined PageGroup in 1996 in Paris where he launched the Engineering, Logistics, Construction and Healthcare divisions on a national scale. He helped the Group develop industry-specific strategies and he truly established himself as a trusted advisor to his clients and partners.

In 2006, he went overseas to open Mexico’s first office, bringing the headcount to one hundred employees five years later. He gained tremendous experience leading cross-cultural teams and driving innovation in a developing market.

In 2011, he headed back to Europe as Managing Director of PageGroup Belgium and Luxembourg, leading four offices.

Christophe started his career in the luxury cosmetic sector, before taking over responsibility for a construction company. A French national, he holds an Engineering degree from the University of Compiègne. He speaks French, English and Spanish.

Outside the realm of executive search, Christophe is a proud father of four boys and a committed volunteer with non-profit organizations. He loves to indulge in his passion for the seas, whether it’s windsurfing, wing foiling or captaining a large sailing boat.
