Carla Lastimosa is a Page Executive Partner who recruits C-level and senior management functions in the Philippines. 

Carla's dynamic career spans a multitude of industries, including FMCG, retail, e-commerce, 3PL, industrial and services, and features an impressive array of international assignments. With 23 years of professional experience gathered in the USA and Malaysia, Carla returned to her native Manila enriched with global insights. Her homecoming inspired her leadership of the Bayanihan Tulay saTagumpay (Bridge to Success) campaign, actively promoting the repatriation of senior Filipino talent from Australia, China, Malaysia, Singapore, and the USA.

Carla became a Page Executive Partner in August 2023 and uses her international, cross-sector experience to guide her approach. Her reputation as a Southeast Asian market expert is built on her broad network and keen ability to identify potential in unexpected places, often providing innovative solutions to complex briefs. Carla also demonstrates a strong commitment to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), leading numerous initiatives in the office.

On her assignments, Carla is known for leveraging her network and experience for quick turnarounds and quality service. Having worked on so many executive search efforts, she can deliver quality across a vast range of functions and industries, maintaining that same level of quality. 

When it's time to switch off from work, Carla reignites her passion project of learning the violin. She’s keen on the visual arts too, painting with watercolour and acrylic, and always makes time to find peace of mind through yoga and pilates.
