Camilla Strachan is an Associate Partner at Page Executive, specialising in CFO and financial management placements across London and the South East.

Camilla’s academic and professional background is a melting pot of experiences that formed a solid basis for a career in executive search. Her first-class degree in Business Management from the University of Leeds and two years as an HR Advisor gave Camilla a deep understanding of what makes businesses tick. Armed with that knowledge, she made the switch to recruitment in 2014, starting off in Australia before returning to the UK. 

After sailing through six promotions in eight years, Camilla fully established herself as a reference point in financial recruitment before making the jump to Page Executive in early 2023. A valued part of a dynamic team, Camilla is focused on becoming the leader of her field, finding candidates that make the maximum impact for her clients. To achieve that, she gathers valuable insights from diverse industries including renewable and traditional energy, utilities, infrastructure and property, combining the common markers of success to inform her future assignments.

Camilla’s approach to executive search is based on getting to the core motivators of the businesses and finance execs she works with. Uncovering this chemistry is the secret behind her excellent track record in the financial domain. When not recruiting, Camilla exercises her creative flair in the kitchen, and loves getting out and about on local trails.
