A Page Executive Associate Partner based in France, Céline Riou has built herself a strong reputation securing board and C-level placements spanning a wide range of businesses from consultancies to tech companies.

Céline’s executive search journey began in the positions she would go on to consult for. With a degree in network and telecom engineering, she held management positions in the tech and consulting sector where she transformed, developed and reorganised a diverse range of teams. As a result, when shifting her focus towards recruitment, her experience from both sides has given her an inside understanding of what decision-makers look for in a leader.

Now as an expert in senior-level recruitment, Céline seamlessly bridges the gap between organisations and their recruitment goals. With her unique insights, she is a fluid communicator with shareholders and doesn’t stop until she finds the right candidate to implement their strategy. With total focus on the task at hand, her perspective involves the future consequences for her clients. Céline considers how leaders of multinationals will handle market shifts, whether CEOs of SMEs can deal with expansion, and everything in between.

Nobody can keep going at Céline’s pace in every aspect of their life, and she loves to recharge her batteries by surfing and hiking. But it’s not all action. She’s also an avid painter, saxophonist and singer, as well as a horticultural connoisseuse, with a passion for roses.
