Politics, technology and Brexit – the challenges for recruitment

We recently surveyed senior resourcing and HR professionals across a wide number of sectors to find out whether they felt that external factors impacted their organisation’s ability to hire and retain the right staff.

Our research revealed many interesting findings – most importantly that less than 10% of respondents felt external factors such as Brexit was their main recruitment challenge going forward.
