Charles Bouaziz is the former Ontex CEO and current Member of the Supervisory Board at PAI Partners, one of Europe's oldest and most experienced private equity investors.

Charles has lead incredibly important companies such as Ontex, the leading international producer of personal hygiene solutions, distributed in more than 110 countries and Pepsico. Charles was paramount in the growth of Ontex increasing the number of employees from 4,000 to more than 10,000.
