Nia Trussler

Nia is an expert search partner for our customers in retail and direct to consumer.  She works closely with clients across industries such as retail, e-commerce, hospitality, travel, and leisure, providing a tailored search and selection service. Nia thrives on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a personalized approach that drives success.  Having recruited CEO’s, MD’s and senior director roles in these organisations, Nia is also a member of our board practice.

Committed to innovation in recruitment, Nia embraces new techniques and strategies that enhance her ability to deliver results. She embodies the Page Executive ethos—driven by outcomes while championing progressive search practices—and her deep understanding of client needs keeps them coming back for board-level appointments.

Nia has steadily built her career since joining as a consultant in 2006. With an MA in Ancient Society, her early interest in archaeology—sparked by a love of the Indiana Jones films—took her in a different direction before she found her passion in recruitment. Balancing her career with raising two children, Nia’s journey hasn’t been one of shortcuts, but of dedication and persistence.

Outside of her work, Nia serves as a school governor and advocates for integrating career education more consistently into the curriculum. As a mother of two, she takes a keen interest in future career plans, even if it occasionally embarrasses her kids. In her spare time, Nia enjoys staying active with a mix of fitness classes, from intense boot camps to restorative yoga sessions.
