As a Page Executive Associate Principal, Silvia Cattelan is a cross-sector executive search consultant, hiring senior and C-level leaders all over Italy.

After earning a degree in Literature with a specialisation in Psychology, Silvia entered the world of recruitment in 1999, and her career trajectory has been on an upward trend ever since. In that time, she has taken a deep dive into sales, marketing and leadership roles, as well as sectors including FMCG, luxury, consumer electronics, chemical and life sciences. As a result, Silvia can either channel her experience to a specific assignment or take a broader view, making synergies across disciplines to recruit leaders with a fresh perspective. 

Silvia joined Page Executive, drawn to the calibre of clients, candidates and colleagues she now works with on a daily basis. Acting as a linchpin between all three, her professional fulfilment comes from building relationships that start at the drawing board and continue beyond the hire. Silvia is all about clarity and transparency, first understanding her client’s organisational needs before strengthening each brief with her insights from years in executive search.

As the mother of two girls, let's just say Silvia’s home life is never dull. But when there’s a quiet moment, she loves settling down with a good book, exploring new music, and jogging in the countryside.
