Sam Thomason is a Page Executive Partner with a deep understanding of the tech industry and an instinctive international outlook, working with clients in the UK and Nordic regions. 

After 15 years of gathering valuable recruitment consultancy and managerial experience in services, sales, marketing, e-commerce, FMCG and retail, Sam narrowed his focus to the Technology practice, supporting both early-stage and multinational technology organisations. Now, in addition to his extensive network, he knows exactly what skills executives need to excel in IoT, SaaS, cybersecurity, health tech, edtech, IT consulting and more. 

At Page Executive since the autumn of 2022, Sam has built on his previous track record of recruiting for positions such as CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, Sales Director, Marketing Director and Product Director for established tech companies and fast-moving startups. Alongside his expertise in the tech industry, his approach incorporates best practices learned from his diverse recruitment background and cross-sector insights from the international Page Executive team.

Sam is a big-picture thinker with an eye for detail. In practice, this means he never loses sight of a company’s organisational goals as he vets each candidate’s track record and the more subtle factors that contribute to their cultural fit. As adaptable in his personal life as he is in executive search, Sam loves to stay active through the diversity of CrossFit and the rigid structure of HYROX. Out of the gym, you can either find him on the ski slopes or the golf course — depending on the season.
