Megan McArdle

I enjoy building long-term relationships with my clients and candidates with the aim of helping them achieve their goals. Recruitment is a competitive space but what motivates me is the opportunity to be an ambassador in my role and help match professionals and employers.

Megan is the Principal within our legal practice in North America. She recruits talent for senior-level professional staff positions including Business Development, Marketing and Communications, within law firms and across professional services companies.

Having been a high performing PageGroup employee for three years working for our sister brand Michael Page, Megan transitioned into this role at Page Executive in April 2024. What drew her to executive search is the opportunity to be a true advisor to law firms and senior professionals looking to navigate an ever-changing market. Clients enjoy partnering with Megan for her track record of curating a quality shortlist, her dedication to the assignment even in tough market conditions and her ability to listen to and balance the ‘must-haves’ and ‘nice-to-haves'.

Passionate about the industry, Megan is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association. An accomplished golfer and avid traveler, she also unwinds by spending time at the beach, and by surrounding herself with family and friends.
