Switching to executive search has been one of the most fulfilling decisions I’ve ever made — professionally and personally.

Maurits Wisbrun is a Page Executive Associate Partner focusing on C-suite and board appointments for consumer and tech companies in Brazil.

Maurits holds a Dutch and Brazilians nationality and has lived between the Netherlands and Brazil all his life, giving him a solid understanding of the two distinct markets. In his 13 years working in FMCG, tech and telco, he picked up key insights into how the sectors work and what kind of leaders are most effective. Then, in 2021, Maurits took the conscious and deliberate decision to redirect that industry experience toward executive search and made an immediate impact. 

A natural people person, Maurits prioritises building strong, mutually beneficial relationships both with his clients and internally. He maintains an excellent working relationship with our research teams and always has an eye on synergies that he can adopt from colleagues in other industries. This combination of personal skills and best practices in executive search forms the basis of all his assignments.

With a seasoned commercial background, Maurits brings an insider’s understanding of the FMCG, Tech and Telco sectors and speaks the same language as the decision-makers he collaborates with. Maurits knows his clients’ time is precious and takes pride in consistently hitting deadlines. However, it’s not just about speed, he has a keen eye for sourcing the right talent for each role and has given previous clients the luxurious problem of having to choose between multiple ideal candidates. 

Maurits finds his greatest energy in connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. He’s also a keen golfer, enjoys running and supports both Ajax and São Paulo Futebol Clube. But family always comes first, and he relishes spending quality time with his children and wife.
