Beginning her recruitment career in 2015, Lisa Best is a Page Executive Associate Partner based in Germany who has carved a reputation for placing board, C-level and senior talent in legal, compliance, finance, risk & audit for organisations in financial services and beyond.

Lisa’s international upbringing, moving all over Europe every four years, has given her a chameleon-like ability to adapt to the demands of ambitious clients. Starting out in financial recruitment, Lisa’s CV shows how she takes responsibility in her stride, having restructured a Financial Services division and built up a Legal division. She went on to lead a Legal practice before expanding her horizons as an in-house HR Business Partner for a company working with AI in aviation. 

However, the call of executive search drew her back to recruitment consultancy and Lisa joined Page Executive as an Associate Partner in July 2023. Again, Lisa revels in the responsibility of shaping strategic plans and diving deep into the skills, leadership qualities and unique attributes of each candidate. Always in tune with the latest industry trends and best practices, she regularly engages with thought leaders, incorporating the insights gained into her approach. 

Clients are immediately impressed by Lisa’s extensive knowledge of the financial services sector and her seamless blend of professionalism and affability. Never satisfied with a conventional recruitment assignment, Lisa is known for getting to the core of her client’s goals, understanding the company culture and sourcing profiles that can straddle both aspects.
Lisa is both an outdoor enthusiast and an introspective thinker, regularly hiking in nature, but finding balance through yoga and journaling. Away from executive search, she also scratches her creative itch through painting and drawing.
