Ibone González is an Associate Partner at Page Executive with a wealth of specialist experience in Spanish finance recruitment. 

Ibone holds two degrees that laid a path toward her career in recruitment. After completing her Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Human Resources Management, she began her professional career in the HR department of a major Spanish bank. Armed with a burgeoning skill set in the sphere, Ibone decided to focus specifically on recruitment in 2006. 

In the time since, Ibone has been glued to strategic financial recruitment, consulting and managing Banking, Insurance, Tax and Legal teams. However, she is never content with being comfortable and advanced into her current role as Associate Partner at Page Executive in 2023. Since her arrival, she has thrived in an environment of more specialised senior and C-level profiles, gathering experience in board placements along the way. Ibone brings her own hard-earned talent and flair to each assignment but especially enjoys the international team environment of exchange and joint progress.

Having been in the game for a long time, Ibone is renowned for her acute knowledge of the Spanish financial services and banking sectors. She has worked in a strategic function with both national and international banks, always combining her meticulous approach with the flexibility to adapt to her client’s goals.
