Emilie Neven is an Associate Principal at Page Executive who recruits C-level profiles for a wide spectrum of companies within the FMCG and consumer market in Belgium.

After earning a master’s degree in business and gaining marketing and sales experience in the consumer sector, Emilie began her recruitment journey in 2018 within PageGroup. Her career change was a natural step that saw her redirect an already ardent passion for people and targets to hiring assignments. Since then, she has quickly climbed the ranks and built an enviable network across a vast range of industries in Belgium.

Backed by a strong track record of placements and attracted by the team’s unity, Emilie joined Page Executive in the autumn of 2023. Now combining C-level recruitment with her expertise in financial profiles, she works strategically with clients, guiding businesses on how leaders can enact meaningful change both in performance and company culture.

Out of the office, Emilie is an advocate for healthy living who stays active through yoga, pilates and hiking and serves up healthy dishes for friends and family. But whenever the opportunity arises, she loves nothing more than packing her bags and jetting off to explore new cultures.
