Bruna Leite is our Principal in Brazil who specialises in finding senior, board, and C-level talent for the country’s industrial sector.

A trained lawyer, Bruna had an eight-year career in tax law, which gave her a full understanding of her speciality when she transitioned to recruitment in 2016. But Bruna's thirst to broaden her horizons turned her focus to the industrial sector when she joined Page Executive in 2022. Armed with a deep knowledge in two contrasting areas, Bruna creates unique synergies and often spots opportunities where others see nothing. 

Bruna is on a constant search for a new strategic edge to enhance her executive search acumen. To better judge the cultural pairing of her clients and candidates, she has explored Hogan Assessments, and draws inspiration from the collaborative setting at Page Executive. Bruna embraces the challenge of a special request, and thrives in a challenging environment. Although most often placing executive roles, she is equally at home recruiting financial, digital, sales, and even interim profiles.

She fully invests in every client, no matter the size of their organisation, and starts each assignment by building a symbiotic relationship. Bruna’s commitment to recruitment translates outside the office too. She is a dedicated mother and wife who finds personal fulfilment in family life, but loves spending time on herself and keeping fit too.
