Arnav Misra is an Associate Principal at Page Executive with a passion for bringing his client’s vision to fruition. He is a firm believer that the right leadership with the right culture is the secret sauce for enacting meaningful, sustainable change for banking, financial services and insurance companies.

Arnav’s recruitment journey began in 2013, focusing mainly on financial and accounting roles in the APAC region. He then spent over four years in executive and managerial search before transferring his skills over to business development and co-founding his own health and wellness brand. This far-reaching experience has given him unique insights into both sides of recruitment and an instinctive understanding of his clients’ organisational goals. 

Fast-forward to March 2023 when Arnav joined Page Executive, eager to showcase his entrepreneurial spirit in a blossoming market. Arnav is known for his focus on advisory work in culture change, succession, and leadership coaching and uses AI and analytics alongside a human touch to get the best results. No two assignments are the same for Arnav, and he combines the hard-earned best practices from his career with the intricacies of each brief in his search for senior and board-level placements.

Past clients consistently highlight his ability to connect with people, building deep relationships through trust and engagement. On the technical side, Arnav has a knack for understanding the dynamics of each function and the company’s position in the market to provide customised solutions for each assignment. 

Outside of executive search, Arnav further flexes his people-focused muscles as an aspiring Coaching Psychologist and wellness advocate. In a similar vein to his recruitment work, his vision is to spread the message of self-mastery, empowering individuals to achieve their potential.
