Agnieszka Kulikowska

Agnieszka leads executive search projects within Global Business Services (SSC, CoE, BPO), Technology, Financial Services, Professional Services and others. She also focuses on C-level assignments for general management, finance, HR, IT, digital roles across all sectors. She is our Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Ambassadors network lead – helping clients identify and attract top talent with diverse backgrounds, bringing different points of view to the decision table and delivering even better business results. She has conducted more than 150 executive search assignments on local, regional (CEE, EMEA), global Board and Director levels among a total of 280+ projects since joining the Group and demonstrates 30+ client and candidate references on her Linkedin profile. 

She joined Michael Page in 2007 after 2 years on a Due Diligence Analyst role ABN AMRO Bank and went on to manage the Banking & Financial Services team in Warsaw. In 2014, she successfully launched the Page Executive brand in Poland – we are currently a team of 12 leading entrusted with 80+ executive assignments in 2022, many of which focus on regional and global roles.  

She has extensive experience in working with large international institutions, SMEs, representative offices and branches. Agnieszka advised dozens of organizations entering the Polish and CEE markets as well as companies setting up and developing Global Business Services Centers in Poland on their optimal talent attraction strategy on top leadership position levels. Together with the Michael Page team, she helped establish both large-scale and smaller Shared Services, Centers of Excellence and GBS hubs for numerous clients.  

Agnieszka studied English and Spanish philology at the University of Warsaw. She is native in Polish and fluent in both English and Spanish. She is a co-author of numerous articles on executive career management, market trends and compensation studies.  She has been recognised as the leading consultant in PageGroup in Poland for the last 10 years.
