Ada Yang is a Page Executive Principal and a specialist in senior-level and board recruitment for the healthcare & life sciences (HLS) industry in China. 

With a degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering from the Tianjin University of Commerce, Ada’s educational background was the ideal springboard to move into life science recruitment in early 2011. Since then, she has risen through the ranks, holding senior consultant and managerial roles across a range of recruitment brands. 

Ada’s 12-year dedication to life sciences and witnessing fundamental changes in the industry fully prepared her for the step up to Page Executive in the summer of 2023. With an energetic approach to every brief, she has placed CSO, CTO, Quality Heads and more in organisations focused on areas such as CAR-T biotech, LNP drug delivery and surgical robotics. 

Already on her way to becoming a reference within life science recruitment, Ada works hand-in-hand with companies of all sizes and infuses her search assignments with a strong focus on inclusivity.
